Byiringiro Lague Parts Ways with Sandvikens IF

Rwandan national team striker Byiringiro Lague has parted ways with Swedish second-tier club Sandvikens IF after mutually agreeing to terminate his contract.

The announcement was made on Friday morning, January 3, via the club’s official social media channels. Sandvikens IF confirmed that they had reached a mutual agreement with the player to end their professional relationship. The club thanked Byiringiro for his time at Sandvikens and wished him all the best for his future endeavors.

Byiringiro Lague joined Sandvikens IF in January 2023 when the team was competing in Sweden’s third division. During his time at the club, he was part of the squad alongside another Rwandan player, Mukunzi Yannick, who recently renewed his contract after recovering from an injury.

Byiringiro began his football career at Vision FC, then moved to Intare FC. In 2018, he joined APR FC, where his impressive performances led to a move to Sandvikens IF.
